1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuickTable's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

QuickTable provides an online reservation management system for restaurants. Our service includes:

  • Online booking widget for your website
  • Reservation management dashboard
  • Automated customer reminders
  • Customer support

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Our service is provided on a subscription basis:

  • Monthly subscription fee of £50
  • Payment is due monthly in advance
  • No setup fees or per-booking charges
  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all customer data and reservation information. We act as a data processor and will not use your data for any purpose other than providing our service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service.
